A. Doors open at 12:00 NOON.

A. The festival ends at 9:00pm.
4Q. ARE CHILDREN FREE?
A. Children 5 and under are free with paid adult.
5Q. CAN I ENTER ANYTIME?
A. As long as you are holding a ticket that has not yet been scanned that day, you may enter any time during the event.
6Q. IS RE-ENTRY ALLOWED?
A. NO
7Q. WILL TICKETS BE ABAILABLE AT THE DOOR?
A. Tickets will be available at the door as long as the show is not SOLD OUT

A. Big Surf Water Park, Tempe, AZ
9Q. WHEN WILL SET TIMES BE RELEASED?
A. Set times will be released the week prior to the event on our Facebook page as well as on the website.
10Q. DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARDS AT THE BARS?
A. Yes! All bars take credit cards and cash. We also have ATM’s on site to get cash. At times, internet signals can be challenging so using cash ($20’s and smaller) is always quickest.
1Q. WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE FESTIVAL?
A. Please refer to our guidelines for what items you can and cannot bring.
2Q. CAN I SEE A FESTIVAL MAP AHEAD OF TIME?
A. Yes! Maps showing stage location, VIP area, attractions, food, bars, bathrooms, etc. will be available prior to the event on this site.
3Q. DO YOU HAVE A LOST AND FOUND?
A. Yes! All lost items will be logged and stored at our headquarters. If you have lost something, please email info@actuvatedevents.com describing the item. At the event, please check in with the Merch tent as that’s where on-site lost and found will be held.
4Q. CAN I BRING MY DOG?
A. Service animals are allowed. Pets of any kind, including comfort/emotional support, therapy or companion animals are not allowed.
5Q. CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR WATER?
A. No outside food or beverage will be allowed into the venue.

7Q. WILL YOU HAVE LOCKERS ON SITE?
A. We will have a limited number of lockers on site. We highly advise you pre-purchase your lockers here as they will sell out.

A. Please check in at the medical tent.

A. Events are wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant. If needing accommodations, please contact us at least 14 days in advance. We can be reached at info@activatedevents.com.
